L.I.F.E. Group

Living in Friendship with the Earth (LIFE) Group is an older girl group open to Cadettes and up, established in the early 1980’s to promote environmental awareness, based out of Camp Wendy. Members would attend several outings a year, often taking environmental trainings, providing service like helping rebuild trails, team building excursions like ropes courses and planning and leading an outdoor environmental awareness day “Wonders of Wendy” each year.

It’s been rebooted several times, always with the mission of providing older girls with leadership, outdoor education and adventure based experiences. Know some girls that would be interested? We are always looking for new members, email LIFE@friendsofwendy.org for more info!
